12 Desserts That Are Actually Good For You.

I enjoying this article.  February is about healthy food for me and this one reminds me of some of the healthy desserts that satisfy a craving for something sweet.  I have never really enjoyed watermelon before and I think now is the time to try some of the other fruits that I usually just walk straight past.  Watermelon, cantaloupe, orange, mandarins and berry fruits, they are on that list.

Check out Daily Health Boost site.  This blog offers a lovely dose of inspiration and motivation for creating and maintaining holistic good health.   I like their quote;  “Beauty is not in the face, beauty is a Light in the Heart”.

I also like the Simple Stated Blog from Real Simple.  It has great ideas for creating a clean and un-cluttered house and healthy eating ideas too!!
