I enjoying this article. February is about healthy food for me and this one reminds me of some of the healthy desserts that satisfy a craving for something sweet. I have never really enjoyed watermelon before and I think now is the time to try some of the other fruits that I usually just walk straight past. Watermelon, cantaloupe, orange, mandarins and berry fruits, they are on that list.
