Flexible February

You are probably wondering what the flexibility part of ‘Fruit and Flexibility’ is about…..


My intention is to move, walk more, stretch and get back to some Yoga and / or  Tai Chi fitness classes.  I have been slack in the last couple of years with my fitness and consequently my flexibility is lacking.  I don’t feel half as fit as I used to feel.  I know when I do exercise more I feel so much healthier and happier the next day.  So this month I am going to get on track with some weekly exercise and daily stretching.

Thanks to my active and fit friends and community, I have found a Tai Chi class as well as a Yoga class!!

So far, this month I have attended two exercise classes and managed to exercise and stretch two-three times each week.  Progress yes, but not enough.

Wish me good luck and motivation.  I sure need it.

I like to work on a personal goal or challenge each year .. learning from my previous experiences, I try and face my fears, to stretch myself and step forward, to create a more holistic and authentic life, living with good intentions - a clear, honest and 'real' life!
