Weekly photo challenge ~ friendship

Where would we be without friends?  Special people who we hold dear to our heart and think about even when they are away. I believe the world is more beautiful when we stop (with all the stuff and nonsense) to share honest, fun times and loving moments with our friends.  The photo challenge this week is to share a photo about friendship.

Sometimes a good bear hug can be just what is needed to give us the strength to feel safe and have the courage needed to face the next challenge, whatever that may be.   This is what friends are for!

Here is one of those wonderful moments when I just happened to have the camera in my hand to capture a awesome bear hug between friends.   Beautiful!

“I gathered you in my arms and held you tight for a precious moment!”

About holistic complications

I like to work on a personal goal or challenge each year .. learning from my previous experiences, I try and face my fears, to stretch myself and step forward, to create a more holistic and authentic life, living with good intentions - a clear, honest and 'real' life! I want to be more accountable for the life I live and create! My experience of being real and authentic are quite complicated at times!! I blog to share my blunders, experiences and ideas and to gain some insight from the self reflection that the process of blogging creates for me.
