Weekly photo challenge ~ Urban

Urban life is an awesome life ..  to be a positive part of the community where you live or work is to me the ultimate of healthy connections.  This is my post as part of the photo challenge for this week.

Make every moment count, participate and connect, be part of something positive.

About holistic complications

I like to work on a personal goal or challenge each year .. it has been an ongoing thing for about 10 years now .... building on my knowledge and experiences each year, stretching myself and stepping forward to challenge myself, helps create a more holistic and authentic life for me. Living with good intentions - a clear, honest and 'real' life! I want to be more accountable for the life I create! I blog to share my blunders, experiences and ideas. However, my experience of being real and authentic can be quite complicated at times!!
