Weekly photo challenge ~ illumination

Many things can light up our path in life, some more literally than others.   The light can be decorative or, as in the picture below, have a slightly spiritual glow to it.

Soft light lighting my path .. Illumination

Soft light spreading along my path .. Illumination

Recently I had some lights repaired at home.  Lights that have not been working for about 12 months.  I know, I know …  why would someone leave something and not fix or correct the problem for so long!!

Well ..  I had a little lamp and to be honest I personally enjoy a softer light, but that is just me and others do like to shed a little more light on their life/reading book than me.  So now we have working lights throughout the whole house and it is so bright.   I can see clearly now  ..  isn’t that a song? (smiles)

This is my photo this week to share as part of the ‘illumination’ challenge.   If you want to be part of the weekly photo challenge, check out the daily post information on their site here.

About holistic complications

I like to work on a personal goal or challenge each year .. learning from my previous experiences, I try and face my fears, to stretch myself and step forward, to create a more holistic and authentic life, living with good intentions - a clear, honest and 'real' life! I want to be more accountable for the life I live and create! My experience of being real and authentic are quite complicated at times!! I blog to share my blunders, experiences and ideas and to gain some insight from the self reflection that the process of blogging creates for me.
