Who am I?

I am Geri, a complicated individual, meditating on life’s twists and turns and attempting to keep focused on the simple things and engage in pure clean living.  I am interested in social and personal change and how we live and action our desire to improve the world.  The world around us, our life along with our physical and spiritual health.  I like to work on at least one area of my life and living to improve each year.   For example …

2012 .. it was the beginning of my De-cluttering process

2013 .. ’52 things in 52 weeks’

2014 ..  learning the French language and vacances’ en Bretagne!

2015 / 2016 ..  facing fears and embracing love

2017 / 2018  ..  a refocus on family and home

2019  ..  Wealth and Health

I am interested in Reiki, Yoga, meditation, gardening, art, music, books and reading, poetry, travel and good friends.  Sometimes I allow other things (guilt, fear, procrastination and other people) to get in the way of MY higher purpose –  I get confused and distracted.

Sometimes I sabotage my plan …  and create unnecessary delays, placing these fabulous ‘good intentions’ into consistent and ongoing action.

I am complicated and a work in progress!!

A bientot!

I love that you set very real goals for yourself each year to grow and expand into the person you want to be. That’s a real task, and as for me I am taking baby steps! Keep leading the way, you’re doing great!

  3. We have similar interests. I understand how life sometimes shifts our focus away from our higher purpose. I look forward to seeing more from you.
